​Step 2: Once we receive your registration, we will reach out to you the same day. We'll gather a bit more additional information - but don't worry, it won't take long!

​Step 3: Place your order! You may place your order in one of the following ways:

• Phone or text (920-716-1890)
• E-mail (e-mail: [email protected])
• ​Alexa allows you to share lists with others via e-mail - so feel free to share the list with Icebox via e-mail ([email protected])

Please note: Once we receive your order, you will be contacted immediately via your preferred contact method to schedule a delivery day and time. Same day shopping is often available.

​Step 4: Get ready for YUM! Icebox will message you when your items are on the way. Payment is due upon delivery. For pricing and payment details, please refer to our Policies and Pricing page.

Simply place your order using any of the methods in step 3 (above) and Icebox will reach out to you upon receipt of your order to schedule a delivery day and time.
